– The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
– Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
– Items that have been installed or show signs of use.
– Custom orders or specially modified air conditioners.
3. Return Process

– After approval, you will receive return instructions, including the address to ship the item.
– Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Inspection and Refunds

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping fees.
